床身作为机床的一个关键基础构件,其动态性能的好坏将对零件的加工质量产生直接影响。以4410型车床的床身作为研究对象,搭建了试验系统对其动态特性进行振动测试分析,同时通过SolidWorks Simulation对其进行有限元分析。结果表明:两种方法所得动态参数,其频率误差控制在4.83%以内,动态特性显示明显,为后续的车床制造工艺的改进提供了理论依据。所研究的两种方法可为其他类似机构的试验与分析提供一定的参考。

As a key basic component for the machine tool bed,the dynamic performance of bed directly affects the quality of the tooling parts. By taking the bed of model 4410 lathe as a study object,an experimental system was built for testing and analysis of its dynamic characteristics,at the same time,the SolidWorks Simulation was used for finite element analysis (FEA)of the bed. The re-sults show that compared with the dynamic parameters obtained by two methods,the frequency error is controlled within 4.83%,and the dynamic performance is effectively displayed,which provides the theoretical foundation for further improvement of manufacturing technology of lathe. These two research methods can provide some reference for the experiments and the analysis of other similar mecha-nisms.
