The performance parameters of submarine cable burying machine lifting and towing device,such as composition,work-ing principle and operating modes made by one institute were introduced. The tension relationship and experiment progress of the towing winch,the key component were expatiated. Through analyzing the field experiment data,the resistance variation law was summarized. Reference is provided for the next step application of this device on the sea.
