针对目前国内飞行器液位传感器难以校准这一问题,设计并实现了一种适用于飞行器的电容式液位传感器校准装置,对该装置的测量不确定度进行评定,并建立了飞行器电容式液位传感器的溯源链。计算结果表明:该液位传感器校准装置的测量不确定度约为0.291 mm,满足校准要求。

Aimed at the problem of domestic calibration difficulties of liquid level sensor for spacecraft,a capacitive liquid level calibration device is implemented and designed suitably. The measurement uncertainty of this device was assessed,and a kind of trace-ability chain of the capacitive liquid level sensor for spacecraft was established. The calculating results show that the measurement un-certainty of the device is approximately equal to 0.291 mm,which meets the calibration requirements.
