Three improving programs on blending reclaimer were projected to solve these questions,such as big vibration and shock,frequent accidents. The best optimal solution was determined by the using of AMESim. The result shows that the mix reclaimer hydraulic system can work well,stable and reliable. Some vibrations are reduced,and much shock is also basically eliminated. And much economic efficiency is increased when this solution is applied.
