针对混匀取料机液压系统工作振动、冲击大，事故频出的状况，提出了3种改进方案，经AMESim软件分析比较，确定了最优方案。该方案运用后，混匀取料机液压系统工作良好，运行稳定可靠，振动降低，冲击现象基本消除，企业经济效益得到提高。

Three improving programs on blending reclaimer were projected to solve these questions,such as big vibration and shock,frequent accidents. The best optimal solution was determined by the using of AMESim. The result shows that the mix reclaimer hydraulic system can work well,stable and reliable. Some vibrations are reduced,and much shock is also basically eliminated. And much economic efficiency is increased when this solution is applied.
