针对二位三通高速电磁开关阀双端驱动的特点,理论分析了液压开关半桥的静态特性,基于AMESim中建立的高速电磁开关阀动态模型,对高速电磁开关阀的静态特性进行仿真,并分析了造成高速电磁开关阀的静态特性非线性的原因。
針對二位三通高速電磁開關閥雙耑驅動的特點,理論分析瞭液壓開關半橋的靜態特性,基于AMESim中建立的高速電磁開關閥動態模型,對高速電磁開關閥的靜態特性進行倣真,併分析瞭造成高速電磁開關閥的靜態特性非線性的原因。

Aiming at characteristic of double-side driven of 2-position 3-way high speed on-off solenoid valve,the static charac-teristic of hydraulic switching half-bridge was theoretically analyzed. Based on AMESim dynamic modeling of the high speed on-off sole-noid valve,the static characteristic of high speed on-off solenoid valve was simulated. The reasons for nonlinear of static characteristic of high speed on-off solenoid valve were analyzed.
