介绍了主动磁悬浮支承系统的工作原理,建立了系统的力学方程和电学方程,对一种基于E型结构电磁铁的磁悬浮支承系统进行了电磁铁电磁参数设计的理论分析和实例计算,并利用ANSYS软件完成了该E型电磁铁的二维电磁场有限元校验。在此基础上,根据所设计的四自由度磁悬浮支承实验样机,阐述了磁悬浮支承系统的数控系统结构组成,并完成了悬浮实验测试。实验验证了该样机理论设计的正确性,为磁悬浮支承系统的进一步设计提供参考。

The working principle for active magnetic suspension bearing (AMB)systems was introduced. Its mechanical and e-lectrical equations were established. The electromagnetic parameters design of electromagnet was analyzed in theory,and calculated ac-cording to a practical example,for a kind of magnetic suspension bearing system based on the E-type structure electromagnet. Moreo-ver,2D electromagnetic field analysis by ANSYS software for the E-type electromagnet was done to verify. On this basis,the structural form of numerical control system for a magnetic suspension bearing system was illustrated,according to developed a four-degree (4D) of freedom magnetic suspension bearing prototype,and test of example suspension was completed. Experiments validate the theoretic design of this prototype is correct,which provides reference for further design of the magnetic suspension bearing.
