根据6003深沟球轴承参数,建立了轴承有限元分析模型,基于静力学方法计算了轴承的应力和变形。根据轴承转动的周期性特征,分析了轴承在一个转动位置周期内滚动体的应力和轴承整体刚度的变化规律。分析结果表明:在轴承转动过程中,滚动体的应力和轴承刚度均呈周期性变化,当某滚动体处于径向受力方向时,该滚动体的应力最大,同时轴承的整体刚度也最大。
根據6003深溝毬軸承參數,建立瞭軸承有限元分析模型,基于靜力學方法計算瞭軸承的應力和變形。根據軸承轉動的週期性特徵,分析瞭軸承在一箇轉動位置週期內滾動體的應力和軸承整體剛度的變化規律。分析結果錶明:在軸承轉動過程中,滾動體的應力和軸承剛度均呈週期性變化,噹某滾動體處于徑嚮受力方嚮時,該滾動體的應力最大,同時軸承的整體剛度也最大。

The bearing FEM model was built according to the parameters of 6003 deep groove ball bearing,and the stress and the deformation of the bearing were computed based on static method. According to the cyclical nature of the bearing rotation,the changes of the stress of rolling elements and the changes of the bearing stiffness were analysed during one roll period of the bearing. The results show that the stress of rolling elements and the bearing stiffness change periodically when the bearing is rotated,and the stress of rolling elements and the bearing stiffness are the largest when one rolling element is located in the direction of the radial force.
