提出了一种基于自然指数的数控机床电主轴热误差建模方法。通过对电主轴结构及温度场的分析,得到用于电主轴热特性有限元分析的几何模型和热边界条件,利用ANSYS对电主轴进行热特性有限元仿真分析,得到电主轴的稳态温度场与稳态变形场。电主轴任意转速下的热误差可通过自然指数模型来描述,但需要确定任意转速下的热平衡时间常数和稳态热误差两个参数,为此给出了两个参数的计算方法。在一台加工中心上进行任意转速下的电主轴热误差测量实验,结果表明:自然指数模型具有很好的鲁棒性和很高的准确性。

A kind of thermal error modeling method of a motorized spindle based on natural exponential was proposed. Through the analysis of the structure and temperature field of the motorized spindle,the geometric model and thermal boundary condition which were used to analyze the thermal characteristic of the motorized spindle were achieved. Then the thermal characteristic Finite Element Analysis (FEA)was proceeded to get the steady thermal field and the steady deformation field. The thermal error of motorized spindle under random rotating speed could be described by a nature exponential model. However,it was necessary to get two parameters:the thermal balance time and the steady thermal error under random rotating speed,so the calculating method of the two parameters was provided here. An experiment was conducted on a machining center to measure the motorized spindle’s thermal error under random ro-tating speed. The result shows that of the exponential model is perfectly good in both the accuracy and the robustness.
