随着全球经济的不断发展,我国进入了互联网快速发展的时代。互联网环境下,电子商务的运用不仅影响企业的基本活动,企业的其他活动如基础设施完善、技术开发、人力资源管理等也都涉及电子商务的发挥与运用。互联网环境下,为满足顾客变化多样的消费需求,零售企业价值链上的一系列活动不可能由单一企业独自完成,而是要由许多企业或组织共同合作完成,每个企业负责完成自己具有竞争优势的环节,共同为企业创造增值,提高企业整体竞争力,为企业带来利润。面对竞争环境的改变,零售企业只有抓住电子商务新契机,分析自身所处的竞争环境、与竞争对手之间的差别以及自身优势和劣势,改变竞争策略,确立竞争方向,从采购及供应管理、销售及客户服务、业务流程优化、信息化管理等方面入手构造零售企业竞争力,才能更好地在这个充满竞争与挑战的市场中立足,实现零售企业自身更快更好发展,提高我国零售企业整体竞争力。

In the environment of internet, to meet the customers' diversified demand, activities on the retail enterprises value chain cannot be carried out by a single enterprise, but the cooperation of many enterprises or organizations; every individual enterprise will be responsible for links where they have competitive advantages to create added value for themselves, improve their overall competitiveness and gain profit. Facing the changes in competitive environment, retail enterprises should seize the new opportunities, analyze the competitive environment and the advantages and disadvantages of themselves and their rivals, change the competitive strategy, establish their own competitiveness in terms of supply and procurement management, sale and customer service, business process optimization and information management to realize the better and faster development and improve the overall competitive level of China's retail enterprises.
