职业教育管理因受到诸多不公平对待而导致管理受到掣肘。当前，针对职教生的管理理念存在诸多弊端，导致学生管理水平落后，管理效率低下。为了改变这种局面，必须探索职业教育管理的客观规律，明确学生管理理念的正确方向，提高管理的效率。

The management of vocational education is handicaped for lots of unfair treatment. Nowadays, there are many drawbacks in the management philosophy of vocational school, which lead to the backwardness of management level and effiviency. In order to alter the situation, we should explore the objective laws of vocational education, set clear direction of student management, and improve the effiviency of it.
