对2年生柴胡9个性状:株高、分蘖数、茎粗和、须根数、分枝数、根长、叶型、叶面积和根重等的遗传参数和性状间的关系进行了研究。其中茎粗和、分枝数与决定药材产量的根重的相关系数分别为0.5209和0.4457,均达到显著水平;根重与决定药材质量的根长相关系数为0.4487,达到显著水平。不同叶型柴胡的叶面积与根重相关系数分别为宽叶型:1.012、长叶型:1.2021、竹叶型:3.1187,均达到极显著相关水平;并且每种叶型柴胡的叶宽、叶长与叶面积的相关系数也分别达到显著相关水平;说明在2年生柴胡的优良品系选育的过程中,可依据茎粗和、分枝数、根长、叶总表面积等性状来判断决定经济产量的根重。
對2年生柴鬍9箇性狀:株高、分蘗數、莖粗和、鬚根數、分枝數、根長、葉型、葉麵積和根重等的遺傳參數和性狀間的關繫進行瞭研究。其中莖粗和、分枝數與決定藥材產量的根重的相關繫數分彆為0.5209和0.4457,均達到顯著水平;根重與決定藥材質量的根長相關繫數為0.4487,達到顯著水平。不同葉型柴鬍的葉麵積與根重相關繫數分彆為寬葉型:1.012、長葉型:1.2021、竹葉型:3.1187,均達到極顯著相關水平;併且每種葉型柴鬍的葉寬、葉長與葉麵積的相關繫數也分彆達到顯著相關水平;說明在2年生柴鬍的優良品繫選育的過程中,可依據莖粗和、分枝數、根長、葉總錶麵積等性狀來判斷決定經濟產量的根重。

The study aim to carry out the relationship between annual Bupleurum root ’s dry weight with genetic parameters and plant height ,tiller number ,stem diameter and root number ,branch number , root length ,leaf type ,leaf area .We measured and recorded the nine traits ,then calculated the correlation coefficient between each character with dry root weight ,which determine the yields .The coefficient of correlation between stem diameter and branch number with root weight were respectively 0 .5209 and 0 .4457 reached the significant level ;The correlation coefficient between root weight with root length was 0 .4487 also reached significant level .The latter determines the quality of drugs ;The correlation coeffi-cients of Leaf area and root’s weight as follows .The broad leaf type is 1 .012 ,long leaf type is 1 .2021 , and bamboo type is 3 .1187 ,all of them reached significant level ;Moreover ,the correlation coefficients between each type leaf’s length ,width with leaf area were also significant .This study result provide ref-erences for judging the biennial Bupleurum’s economic yields by measuring their diameters ,branch num-ber ,root length ,and leaf surface area ,which is great significant in the process of the annual Bupleurum fine strains‘s breading .
