目的：总结中医药治疗尘肺合并肺心病慢性心衰的经验。方法收集临床中医药芪苈强心胶囊，治疗尘肺合并肺心病慢性心衰病例76例，和常规西药治疗对照组76例进行比较。结果中医药芪苈强心胶囊治疗尘肺合并肺心病慢性心衰总效率达97.37%，优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医药芪苈强心胶囊治疗尘肺合并肺心病慢性心衰疗效显著。
目的：總結中醫藥治療塵肺閤併肺心病慢性心衰的經驗。方法收集臨床中醫藥芪藶彊心膠囊，治療塵肺閤併肺心病慢性心衰病例76例，和常規西藥治療對照組76例進行比較。結果中醫藥芪藶彊心膠囊治療塵肺閤併肺心病慢性心衰總效率達97.37%，優于對照組，兩組差異有統計學意義（P＜0.05）。結論中醫藥芪藶彊心膠囊治療塵肺閤併肺心病慢性心衰療效顯著。
목적：총결중의약치료진폐합병폐심병만성심쇠적경험。방법수집림상중의약기력강심효낭，치료진폐합병폐심병만성심쇠병례76례，화상규서약치료대조조76례진행비교。결과중의약기력강심효낭치료진폐합병폐심병만성심쇠총효솔체97.37%，우우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중의약기력강심효낭치료진폐합병폐심병만성심쇠료효현저。
Objective To summarize the experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods 76 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and chronic heart failure who received the traditional Chinese clinical treatment of qiliqiangxin capsule were collected. Another 76 patients with the same disease who received the regular treatment of Western medicine were collected and allocated to the control group. Both the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and chronic heart failure was 97.37%, significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine of qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease and chronic heart failure has a significant curative effect.
