目的：观察中药联合恩丹西酮在胃癌化疗过程中减轻胃肠道反应的作用。方法将64例胃癌化疗患者分为观察组（34例）和对照组（30例），分别采用中药加恩丹西酮及单纯恩丹西酮治疗，观察两组化疗后胃肠道反应及生活质量变化。结果观察组患者其化疗胃肠道反应较对照组患者轻，副作用发生率较低，且观察组患者的生活质量有一定改善。结论中药联合恩丹西酮可以减轻胃癌患者化疗副反应，具有良好疗效。
목적：관찰중약연합은단서동재위암화료과정중감경위장도반응적작용。방법장64례위암화료환자분위관찰조（34례）화대조조（30례），분별채용중약가은단서동급단순은단서동치료，관찰량조화료후위장도반응급생활질량변화。결과관찰조환자기화료위장도반응교대조조환자경，부작용발생솔교저，차관찰조환자적생활질량유일정개선。결론중약연합은단서동가이감경위암환자화료부반응，구유량호료효。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of gastric cancer by Ondansetron and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 60 cases which before Post-operation of gastric cancer were divided two groups include observation group (34 cases) and control group (30 cases), and observation group cases were treatment with Ondansetron and traditional Chinese medicine, control group cases were treatment with Ondansetron.And the chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of gastric cancer and change of quality of life (QOL) of two groups were observed. Results Chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of observation group cases was lighter than which of control group cases, the incidence rate was lower, and the quality of life (QOL) of observation group cases was better. Conclusion Ondansetron and traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate chemotherapy secondary reaction before Post-operation of gastric cancer, and have a good curative effect.
