微小RNA（miRNA）是真核生物中一类非编码小分子 RNA ，其编码基因存在于基因组的基因间隔区或内含子中。MiRNAs通过与靶mRNA的3′端非翻译区互补或部分互补结合，使mRNA降解或介导其翻译抑制，参与基因转录后水平调控。在炎症、肿瘤、癌症等疾病中miRNA起重要作用，不同miRNA其作用也不尽相同。本文以普遍联系论的观点对miRNA的发现、产生、机制以及在疾病中产生的作用做一初步探讨。

MicroRNA (miRNA ) is a recently discovered class of small noncoding RNAs that are implicated in many physiological and pathological processes as post-transcriptional repressors of gene expression . Mature miRNA can specifically bind to 3-UTRs of target cellular mRNA in turn triggering mRNA degradation or inhibition of translation .The miRNA plays an important role in inflammation ,cancer ,and other diseases ,different miRNA and their roles are not the same ,which reflected that there is universal connection in the development of things .In this article ,we discussed the miRNA′s discovery ,production ,mechanisms and its role in diseases by the point of view the whole world as commonly connected .
