观察经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双柱钢板治疗肱骨髁间髁上骨折临床疗效。13例肱骨髁间髁上骨折患者经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双柱钢板治疗，结果13例患者获9个月～14个月的随访，末次随访肱骨髁间髁上及尺骨鹰嘴骨折均获得骨性愈合；2例合并尺神经原发损伤经对症处理及神经营养治疗6个月后症状消失，1例患者出现肘关节周围骨化性肌炎，肘关节屈曲僵硬畸形；M ayo肘关节功能评分优8例，良3例，可1例，差1例，优良率达84．6％。因此，在肱骨髁间髁上骨折的手术治疗中尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路对于显露骨折断端固定方便可靠，对于促进骨折愈合，肘关节的早期功能锻炼有良好的临床疗效。
관찰경척골응취절골입로쌍주강판치료굉골과간과상골절림상료효。13례굉골과간과상골절환자경척골응취절골입로쌍주강판치료，결과13례환자획9개월～14개월적수방，말차수방굉골과간과상급척골응취골절균획득골성유합；2례합병척신경원발손상경대증처리급신경영양치료6개월후증상소실，1례환자출현주관절주위골화성기염，주관절굴곡강경기형；M ayo주관절공능평분우8례，량3례，가1례，차1례，우량솔체84．6％。인차，재굉골과간과상골절적수술치료중척골응취절골입로대우현로골절단단고정방편가고，대우촉진골절유합，주관절적조기공능단련유량호적림상료효。
Observation the the clinical results of the treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture using double columns internal fixation stencil plate with the trans-olecranon osteotomy approach .13 patients with intercondylar humeral supracondylar fracture of the olecranon osteotomy in treatment . Follow-up of 13 patients was 9 months ~ 4 months , follow-up of intercondylar humeral condyle and olecranon fractures are given on bone healing ;2 cases by symptomatic treatment combined with origin of the ulnar nerve injury and neuro-nutrition therapy at 6 months after symptoms disappear ,1 elbow occurs in patients with peripheral ossifying Myositis ,stiff elbow flexion deformities ;Mayo elbow function score in 8 cases ,good in 3 cases ,1 ,bad 1 ,excellent rate of 84 .6 per cent .Surgical treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus fracture of olecranon osteotomy for revealing off-side fixing easy and reliable for promoting fracture healing .Early functional exercise of elbow joint with good clinical outcomes .
