探讨马来酸依那普利叶酸片对冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及脉搏波传导速度(PWV)的影响。选取108例冠心病患者随机分为依叶组(口服马来酸依那普利叶酸片1片,每日1次)和依苏组(口服依那普利片1片,每日1次),疗程6个月,另选取冠状动脉造影为非冠心病患者40例作对照。检测各组患者治疗前后血清 Hcy水平及PWV ,并进行比较。冠心病患者血清 Hcy水平及PWV较非冠心病患者明显升高(P<0.01),治疗6个月后,两组冠心病患者血清 Hcy水平及PWV均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),而依叶组血清 Hcy水平及PWV较依苏组降低更为显著(P<0.05, P<0.01)。冠心病常规治疗的基础上联用叶酸可进一步降低患者血清Hcy水平及PWV ,从而改善患者内皮功能及动脉硬化。

탐토마래산의나보리협산편대관심병환자혈청동형반광안산(Hcy)급맥박파전도속도(PWV)적영향。선취108례관심병환자수궤분위의협조(구복마래산의나보리협산편1편,매일1차)화의소조(구복의나보리편1편,매일1차),료정6개월,령선취관상동맥조영위비관심병환자40례작대조。검측각조환자치료전후혈청 Hcy수평급PWV ,병진행비교。관심병환자혈청 Hcy수평급PWV교비관심병환자명현승고(P<0.01),치료6개월후,량조관심병환자혈청 Hcy수평급PWV균교치료전강저(P<0.05,P<0.01),이의협조혈청 Hcy수평급PWV교의소조강저경위현저(P<0.05, P<0.01)。관심병상규치료적기출상련용협산가진일보강저환자혈청Hcy수평급PWV ,종이개선환자내피공능급동맥경화。
To explore the affection of Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets to serum homocysteine (serum Hcy ) and pulse wave velocity (PWV) of the patients with coronary heart disease ,we chose 108 cases patients with coronary heart disease . They were divided into Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets group (enalapril /folic acid =10/0 .8mg ,once a day ,n=54) and Enalapril group(oral enalapril tablets 10mg every day ,n=54) randomly ,all patients received treatment for 6 months .We selected another 40 patients who have been confirmed as non-coronary heart disease patients by coronary angiography as control .We observed and compared the serum Hcy levels and PWV before and after the treatment in each group .Results showed serum Hcy levels and PWV of coronary heart disease group were higher than non-coronary heart disease group and the difference have statistical significance before treatment (P<0 .01) .After 6 months of treatment ,serum Hcy levels and PWV of two groups of coronary heart disease lower than before treatment (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .The serum Hcy levels and PWV of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets group decreased more significantly compared with enalapril group (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .Based on the conventional treatment of coronary heart disease associated with folic acid can be further reduced serum Hcy levels and PWV ,and improved endothelial function and atherosclerosis .
