目的：研究功能性子宫出血采用米非司酮联合消融术治疗的临床疗效。方法对我院收治的确诊为功能性子宫出血的78例患者进行回顾性分析，平均分为两组。甲组患者采用单纯消融术治疗，乙组采用米非司酮联合消融术治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后，月经情况均有明显改善，但乙组改善情况优于甲组，治疗有效率高于甲组，存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论对功能性子宫出血患者采用米非司酮联合消融术治疗，不需要切除子宫，可有效改善患者的子宫出血情况，操作更为安全高效，值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with ablation in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods 78 patients who were admitted to our hospital and diagnosed as functional uterine bleeding were analysed retrospectively and allocated to two groups. Patients in group A received ablation alone, and patients in group B received mifepristone combined with ablation. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, menstruation significantly improved in the two groups, and the effect in group B was better than that in group A. The treatment effective rate in group B was better than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with ablation in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding does not require uterine resection and is effective in alleviating patients’ uterine bleeding. It has a safer and more effective procedure and worthy of promotion and application.
