目的:探讨文丘里装置与恒温加热湿化法在气管切开未使用机械通气患者中的应用效果.方法选择气管切开未使用机械通气的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组40例,观察组使用文丘里装置与恒温加热湿化法,对照组使用微量泵持续湿化法,两组湿化液均使用灭菌注射用水.观察患者治疗过程中的刺激性咳嗽、气道黏膜出血、气道痰痂、肺部感染发生率及术后堵管时间.结果观察组患者刺激性咳嗽、气道黏膜出血、气道痰痂、肺部感染的发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).结论文丘里装置与恒温加热湿化法更适用于气管切开未使用机械通气的患者,是理想的气道湿化方法.

Objective To investigate the effect of Venturi device-based humidification via thermostatic heating in patients with tracheotomy.Methods 80 patients who underwent tracheotomy without mechani-cal ventilation were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group got humidfication of the trachea with the Venturi device via thermo-static heating ,the control group got continuous humidification of the trachea through micro-pump.Sterile water for injection was used for humidification in both 2 groups.Irritating cough,airway mucosal bleeding, phlegm,lung infection rate and tube obstruction time was compared.Results We found that irritating cough,airway mucosal bleeding,phlegm,lung infection rate and tube obstruction time was significantly less in the experimental group than which in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Venturi-device-based humidification via thermostatic heating is proved to be more bene-fit for patients underwent tracheotomy without mechanical ventilation;it is the ideal method of airway hu-midification.
