目的：探讨消化系统疾病患者饮食治疗依从性的影响因素，评价品管圈活动对患者饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法便利抽样选取山东大学附属省立医院消化科住院的420例患者，按照入院时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组各210例。对照组采用常规饮食治疗管理；观察组实施品管圈进行饮食治疗管理，即运用质量管理常用工具对其饮食治疗依从性管理中存在问题进行改进。比较两组患者的饮食治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果患者的性别、年龄、学历、职业等因素均影响消化内科患者的饮食治疗依从性。品管圈活动可显著提高患者的饮食治疗依从性和护理满意度。结论运用品管圈对消化内科患者进行饮食治疗管理，可提高患者饮食治疗依从性，促进其疾病康复，并改善护理服务质量。

Objective To discuss the influencing factors of digestive diseases on diet compliance,and evalu-ate the effect of quality control circle on the patient diet compliance.Methods Four hundred and twenty patients were randomly selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group patients were given regular diet,while quality control circle was applied on the experimental group, and using the quality management tool to fix the problem in the diet compliance management of in-patients of gastroenterology department.The nursing compared and diet compliance were between two groups of fa-tierts.Results The gender,age,education,and occupation can affect the patient diet compliance.Quality control circle can remarkably improve the patient diet compliance,and nursing satisfaction.Conclusion The application of quality control circle can improve the patient diet compliance,and promote the patients re-covery,and also improve the nursing service quality.
