The article begins with the process of infrastructure construction and management of electric powers of the SGCC, introduces the significance of mobile management of informationalized infrastructure of electric power, selectively elaborates on the core points of the management of the process of intromationlized capital construction. It further describes how to utilize the infromationalized mobile management system to control the infrastructure of electric power, analyzes its social and economic benefits, and finaly looks at the prospects for development of the informationalized mobile management of capital construction of electric power.
