　　文章主要是在运用APDL建立机床主轴的参数化有限元模型，并在有限元分析软件ANSYS 的基础上对机床的主轴进行优化和设计。以主轴的重量作为优化的目的和重点，使其在主轴的支承跨度的距离和主轴的外径以及悬伸的长度进行优化计算，并且对优化设计的结果和数据进行了有效地分析。

The article mainly discusses establishing the parameterized finite element model of machine tool spindle in the use of APDL,in the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS optimizes and designs the spindle. The weight of the spindle is the purpose and focus of the optimization and the article optimizing calculate the distance of bearing span of the spindle and the length of the outside diameter of spindle and the length of overhanging of the outside diameter of spindle,and analyzes the result and data of the optimal design.
