This paper introduces the platform establishment of LAMP? rapid nucleic acid detection technology, and set le the problem of law easy pol ution, non-speciifc ampliifcation,can?t quantitative, high-throughput can?t be realized. And apply RT-LAMP? technology to H7N9 detection, the sensitivity can reached 10 copy/μl, 100 times higher than RT-PCR, and the reaction time is 45min shorter than the RT-PCR. So the LAMP? method is rapid, isothermal, simple, high speciifcity and high sensitivity, and it is particularly suitable for rapid detection on ifeld and primary health care units.
