中风病的致病原因，历代多有争议，中风的病因病机为虚、痰、瘀。气虚是本，痰浊、血瘀是标，故中风多呈本虚标实之候，现在"风、火、痰、瘀、气、虚"等病因被广大学者认同，但多强调气血逆乱。对于基本病机，观点不一，笔者试参照历代医家对本病的病机认识，探求中风病病机。
中風病的緻病原因，歷代多有爭議，中風的病因病機為虛、痰、瘀。氣虛是本，痰濁、血瘀是標，故中風多呈本虛標實之候，現在"風、火、痰、瘀、氣、虛"等病因被廣大學者認同，但多彊調氣血逆亂。對于基本病機，觀點不一，筆者試參照歷代醫傢對本病的病機認識，探求中風病病機。
중풍병적치병원인，역대다유쟁의，중풍적병인병궤위허、담、어。기허시본，담탁、혈어시표，고중풍다정본허표실지후，현재"풍、화、담、어、기、허"등병인피엄대학자인동，단다강조기혈역란。대우기본병궤，관점불일，필자시삼조역대의가대본병적병궤인식，탐구중풍병병궤。
