预<挂号是方便群众就医,缓解大医院门诊就诊高峰的有效方法之一。本文介绍我院分时段分时间预<挂号系统,并通过结合优质护理服务,1年多来在门诊护理服务中的实践和体会。使护理工作效率和服务质量得到了显著提高；提升了医院服务水平,取得护理工作的新进展。

Appointment registration is one of the effective ways to facilitate medical treatment for people in outpatient department of large hospitals and to ease the peak at endance. This article described our appointment registration system of sub-period of time, what is more,we wil introduce the practice and experience about Outpatient care services,which combined with quality care 1 to year. The nursing work efficiency and service quality has been significantly improved; the level of hospital services has been Enhanced, quality care has made new progress.
