目的探究治疗动脉瘤性网膜下腔出血时运用动脉栓塞术和脑脊液置换术后的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受诊治的芋-郁级动脉瘤性网膜下腔出血患者79例,选择用动脉瘤栓塞术和脑脊液置换患者有42例为实验组,37例患者选择单纯动脉瘤栓塞术进行治疗为对照组。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者术后并发症发生情况(发生率)进行比较院试验组经治疗在脑血管痉挛与脑积水方面的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有意义,两组均能降低致死率。结论两种方法均具有微创和术后恢复快等优点,在临床上合理联合应用这两种方法能减少动脉性网膜下腔出血的致残率和致死率。

Objective To explore the treatment of aneurysmal retinal hemorrhage when using arterial embolization and clinical effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement after. Methods Selected in our hospital's Ⅲ ~ level Ⅳ aneurysmal retinal hemorrhage, 79 cases of patients, with an aneurysm embolization and 42 patients with cerebrospinal fluid replacement as experimental group, 37 patients choose pure aneurysm embolization treatment as control group. To compare the ef ect of two groups of patients. Results Two groups of patients with postoperative complications happening (incidence) comparison: experimental group after the treatment on the incidence of cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus significantly lower than the control group, dif erence has significance, both set to reduce the fatality rate. Conclusion Two methods have the advantages of minimal y invasive and postoperative recovery fast.
