In order to improve the level of basic-level hospital maternity ward of the skil s of midwifery and ensure maternal and child safety, reduce medical disputes, the author of the common problems in basic-level hospital maternity ward, from the system, service at itude, the level of midwifery, nursing medical records writing relating to safety, first aid were analyzed, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
