目的浅谈45例冠心病患者临床治疗体会。方法选取我院2012年2月~2013年2月收治的冠心病患者45例,所有患者均给予基础治疗,同时给予分型和合并症治疗,随访6个月~1年,观察临床效果。结果治疗3个月后,患者血液学各项指标均有明显改善(<0.05),随访6个月~1年,45例患者仅2例死亡,其余44例患者病情均得到缓解。结论冠心病患者个体差异大,采用药物治疗时应根据患者具体情况,确定合理的综合治疗方案,及早进行干预治疗,提高患者生活质量。

목적천담45례관심병환자림상치료체회。방법선취아원2012년2월~2013년2월수치적관심병환자45례,소유환자균급여기출치료,동시급여분형화합병증치료,수방6개월~1년,관찰림상효과。결과치료3개월후,환자혈액학각항지표균유명현개선(<0.05),수방6개월~1년,45례환자부2례사망,기여44례환자병정균득도완해。결론관심병환자개체차이대,채용약물치료시응근거환자구체정황,학정합리적종합치료방안,급조진행간예치료,제고환자생활질량。
Objective Experience of 45 cases of coronary heart disease patients. Methods 45patients with coronary heart disease methods in our hospital from 2012 February to 2013 February were col ected from patients, al patients were given basic treatment,while giving the types and complications of treatment, fol ow-up of 6 months to 1 years, clinical effect. Results After 3 months of treatment, patients with hematologicalindexes were significantly improved ( <0.05), fol owed up for 6 months to 1 years, 45 patients only 2 cases died, the remaining 44 cases patients were relieved. Conclusion The individual differences in patients with coronary heart disease, drug treatment should be adopted according to the specific circumstances of patients, to determine the reasonable scheme of comprehensive treatment, intervention treatment as soon as possible, improve the life quality of the patients.
