目的研究川芎嗪(TMP)在SAH后脑的保护作用。方法健康成年SD大鼠45只随机分为三组(n=15)。A为对照组;B为SAH组;C为SAH+TMP组。B、C两组均用自体动脉血两次注入于枕大池制作成SAH模型,C组用川芎嗪处理。各组均在第7d处死。结果在光镜下计数海马CA1区凋亡神经元,三组存在明显差异。免疫组化染色切片见bcl-2在C组较B组阳性细胞数多且强;而bax则相反。经过统计学处理分析后,各组神经元凋亡数目、Bcl-2、bax表达强度存在显著性差异(<0.05)。结论川芎嗪对SAH后对脑组织具有一定的保护作用。

Objective To investigate the brain-protective effect of TMP after SAH in Rats. Methods 45 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=15). A is natural group,B into SAH group and C SAH+TMP group. B, C groups with autologous arterial blood into the cisterna magna made into SAH models. Group C with tetramethylpyrazine treatment. Al were executed in seventh days.Results Under light microscope counting neurons apoptosis in hippocampal CA1 region,there are obvious dif erences between the three groups.Immunohistochemical staining slice observation to see the BCL - 2 in group C than group B positive cells number and strong;while bax is the opposite. After statistical analysis, each neuron apoptosis number and intensity of the Bcl-2 and Bax expression exists significant dif erence ( <0.05). Conclusion TMP has the ef ect of brain-protective after SAH.
