大学生村官政策的初衷是为了优化高校毕业生就业格局、强化农村基层组织建设并促进社会主义新农村建设。本文探讨大学生村官计划现状和存在的问题，分析导致这些问题的原因，从而提出建议。

The plan of village official University students policy is building a new socialist countryside and the implementation of a major initiative in our country. The original intention of this policy is to optimize the pattern of employment of college graduates, strengthening of rural grassroots organizations and promote a new socialist countryside construction. This paper discusses the plan of village official university students and existing problems, analyze the reasons for these problems led to suggestions.
