目的 通过导入工作坊形式进行临床护理技能的培训,激发护土参与积极性,强化护士实践能力,提升培训效果.方法 将气道管理培训分两个阶段进行,前一阶段培训内容为气道相关理论知识及观看气道管理操作视频,后一阶段让学员现场观摩各种人工气道建立手法,并在教师指导下实践操作,直至独立完成.结果 通过对各项考核内容掌握情况的分项及合计进行x2检验,培训后完全掌握相关知识和技能的比重明显增大,相关知识和技能掌握不足者比重较培训前小(x2=35.61,P< 0.05);通过秩和检验,培训后学员气道管理相关知识和技能的掌握程度显著高于培训前(合计UC=5.11,P<0.05).结论 工作坊形式培训护理技能,能最大限度发挥培训效能,全面提升学员知识技能的掌握程度,是一种值得推广的临床护理技能培训模式.

Objective Based on the application of workshop pattern,a training course on nursing care was conducted to encourage full participation among nurses,enhance their practical ability and maximize the training effect.Methods The training was divided into two parts.Part 1:keep trainees well informed of relevant knowledge of airway and guide them to watch the video on airway management; part 2:trainees are required to observe on-site manipulation skills in different situations for various artificial airways,and then move on to conduct different airways under teachers' instructions till they can accomplish it independently.Result Sum x 2-test and rank sum test showed that all trainees had a good command of relevant airway knowledge and setting up different artificial airway skills (x 2 =35.61,P < 0.05; Uc =5.11,P < 0.05).Conclusion The pattern of workshop in nursing care training can maximize the training effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing care training.
