目的:观察灵芝孢子粉对心肌缺血大鼠的干预作用及抗氧化损伤的药物疗效。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及灵芝孢子粉治疗组,雌雄各半。对照组:常规饲养,不做其他处置。模型组:同对照组常规饲养3周后,行左冠状动脉前降支结扎建立心肌缺血模型后继续饲养1周。治疗组:灵芝孢子粉按2.5g/kg灌胃给药3周,再行左冠状动脉前降支结扎建立心肌缺血模型后,继续给药1周。动物处死取材后,观察心肌梗死面积,血清MDA含量及SOD活性变化。结果灵芝孢子粉治疗组明显缩小心肌梗死区面积,降低血清MDA含量,提高血清SOD活性。结论灵芝孢子粉对大鼠实验性心肌缺血具有保护性作用,其机制可能通过降低脂质过氧化损伤有关。

목적:관찰령지포자분대심기결혈대서적간예작용급항양화손상적약물료효。방법장30지Wistar대서수궤분위대조조、모형조급령지포자분치료조,자웅각반。대조조:상규사양,불주기타처치。모형조:동대조조상규사양3주후,행좌관상동맥전강지결찰건립심기결혈모형후계속사양1주。치료조:령지포자분안2.5g/kg관위급약3주,재행좌관상동맥전강지결찰건립심기결혈모형후,계속급약1주。동물처사취재후,관찰심기경사면적,혈청MDA함량급SOD활성변화。결과령지포자분치료조명현축소심기경사구면적,강저혈청MDA함량,제고혈청SOD활성。결론령지포자분대대서실험성심기결혈구유보호성작용,기궤제가능통과강저지질과양화손상유관。
Objective To observe the effects of lucid ganoderma spores power on myocardial ischemia in rats and anti-lipid peroxidative damage. Methods Thirty healthy wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups: control group,model group and cure group (2.5g/kg),with half female and half male rats in each group.Model group and cure group was established by ligating anterior descending coronary artery.Lucid ganoderma spores power was administered for three weeks prior to the operation and a week after the operation in cure group.Rats were sacrificed a week after ligation.Blood was collected for detecting the changes of MDA,SOD and myocardial infarction area was determined by using 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining. Results Lucid ganoderma spores power can reduced significantly the infarct areas,and decrease the levels of MDA and SOD activity in serum of rats. Conclusion Lucid Ganoderma spores power has a protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats,which might be related to the anti-lipid peroxidation injury.
