目的：研究加味六君子汤联合常规降压药治疗OSAHS合并高血压的治疗效果。方法选择我院60例OSAHS合并高血压患者，将其随机分成治疗组30例（加味六君子汤+常规降压药）和对照组30例（常规降压药），观察治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为90%，而对照组的治疗总有效率为66.7%，差异有统计学意义（x2=4.8118，P＜0.05）。结论加味六君子汤联合常规降压药治疗OSAHS合并高血压患者疗效显著，能起到有效的降压效果，值得在临床上推广。
목적：연구가미륙군자탕연합상규강압약치료OSAHS합병고혈압적치료효과。방법선택아원60례OSAHS합병고혈압환자，장기수궤분성치료조30례（가미륙군자탕+상규강압약）화대조조30례（상규강압약），관찰치료효과。결과치료조적치료총유효솔위90%，이대조조적치료총유효솔위66.7%，차이유통계학의의（x2=4.8118，P＜0.05）。결론가미륙군자탕연합상규강압약치료OSAHS합병고혈압환자료효현저，능기도유효적강압효과，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective To study the curative effect of modified decoction of Six Noble Herbs (MDSNH) combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of OSAHS with hypertension. Methods Sixty cases of OSAHS with hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group given MDSNH combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs treatment and the control group only given conventional antihypertensive drugs treatment, each group had 30 cases, and the curative effect of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, while that of the control group was 66.7%, the x2 value was 4.8118, P<0.05. Conclusion MDSNH combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of patients of OSAHS with hypertension has significant effect, can play an effective antihypertensive effect, and it is worth in clinical practice.
