仙游县山区中稻示范种植直播栽培已有几年，具有减轻劳动强度，缓和季节矛盾，增收节支等优点，观察其生长特点具有三大生长优势和三个劣势，扬长避短，总结出一套适宜直播稻高产的栽培技术：关键过好全苗、除草和防倒三关，确保取得增产增收。

Direct seeding cultivation and demonstration of mid-season rice had conducted several years at mountainous area of Xianyou county, which had the advantages of reducing labor intensity, moderating seasonal contradiction, and increasing revenue and reducing expenditure. Its growth characteristics were observed, showing three growth advantages and three disadvantages. Therefore, a set of suitable high-yielding cultivation technique of direct seeding rice was summarized according to its advantages and shortcomings: making a good key technique of full stand, weeding and resistant lodging to ensure the achievement of yield and income increase.
