Amlodipine besylate tablet%Morning blood pressure surge
目的：观察苯磺酸氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者血压晨峰的疗效。方法：采用动态血压监测明确有高血压晨峰现象的86例原发性高血压患者，比较给予苯磺酸氨氯地平前后6周全天平均SBP和DBP，以及晨峰血压差值。结果：苯磺酸氨氯地平能有效全天平均SBP和DBP，以及晨峰血压差值（P<0.05）。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平能有效改善血压晨峰，值得门诊推广应用。

목적：관찰분광산안록지평대원발성고혈압환자혈압신봉적료효。방법：채용동태혈압감측명학유고혈압신봉현상적86례원발성고혈압환자，비교급여분광산안록지평전후6주전천평균SBP화DBP，이급신봉혈압차치。결과：분광산안록지평능유효전천평균SBP화DBP，이급신봉혈압차치（P<0.05）。결론：분광산안록지평능유효개선혈압신봉，치득문진추엄응용。
Objective:To observation on treating essential hypertension in morning blood pressure surge by Amlodipine besylate tablet. Methods: 86 cases were treated by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, around 6 weeks all day comparison of amlodipine besylate mean SBP and DBP, morning blood pressure surge margin. Results:Amlodipine besylate can effectively day mean SBP and DBP, as well as the morning blood pressure surge margin (P<0.05). Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate can effectively improve the morning blood pressure peak, it is worthy of popularization and application of outpatient.
