目的：系统评价手法整复并石膏外固定治疗巴尔通骨折的临床疗效。方法：收治巴尔通骨折58例患者，采用手法整复并石膏外固定治疗，随访6～28个月，对愈后进行研究。结果：患者全部治愈，具有疗效确切，恢复迅速，费用低廉的优点。
目的：繫統評價手法整複併石膏外固定治療巴爾通骨摺的臨床療效。方法：收治巴爾通骨摺58例患者，採用手法整複併石膏外固定治療，隨訪6～28箇月，對愈後進行研究。結果：患者全部治愈，具有療效確切，恢複迅速，費用低廉的優點。
목적：계통평개수법정복병석고외고정치료파이통골절적림상료효。방법：수치파이통골절58례환자，채용수법정복병석고외고정치료，수방6～28개월，대유후진행연구。결과：환자전부치유，구유료효학절，회복신속，비용저렴적우점。
Objective:To systematic evaluate the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation on treating Barton fractures. Methods:58 patients with Barton fractures were given manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation treatment, patients were followed up for 6~28 months and to study the prognosis. Results: All the patients were cured. This method has advantages that efficacy, rapid recovery and low-cost.
