目的:观察采用中药“四黄液”湿敷创面治疗外科感染伤口及褥疮的临床疗效。方法:收集100例因外科感染伤口或褥疮住院治疗的患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组采用中药“四黄液”湿敷创面,对照组采用呋喃西林溶液湿敷创面,观察两组疗效并对比。结果:100例住院患者分组治疗并观察共14d,两组病例对比,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,同时治疗组创面细菌培养阴性率也明显优于对照组。结论:中药“四黄液”湿敷创面治疗外科感染伤口及褥疮能有效抑制创面细菌生长,促进伤口愈合,临床疗效确切,操作简单易行,适合临床推广。

목적:관찰채용중약“사황액”습부창면치료외과감염상구급욕창적림상료효。방법:수집100례인외과감염상구혹욕창주원치료적환자,수궤분위치료조급대조조,재상규치료적기출상,치료조채용중약“사황액”습부창면,대조조채용부남서림용액습부창면,관찰량조료효병대비。결과:100례주원환자분조치료병관찰공14d,량조병례대비,치료조림상료효명현우우대조조,동시치료조창면세균배양음성솔야명현우우대조조。결론:중약“사황액”습부창면치료외과감염상구급욕창능유효억제창면세균생장,촉진상구유합,림상료효학절,조작간단역행,괄합림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of Sihuang decoction on treating surgical infected wound and bedsore. Methods:We collected 100 patients which had surgical infected wounds or bedsores, and randomly divided them into treated group and control group. On the basis of conventional treatment, we applied Sihuang decoction to the wound surfaces of treated group, and we applied furacilin solution to the wound surfaces of control group. We observed the treatment effectiveness of two groups and compared them. Results:All the 100 patients were hospitalized for 14 days. Compared two groups, we found that the clinical effectiveness of treated group was better than control group, and the negative rate of wound bacterial culture of treated group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Sihuang decoction can inhibit the bacterial growth of surgical infected wound and bedsores by using moisten compress therapy. It can enhance the healing of wound and has good treatment effectiveness. It is simple to operate and suitable for clinical application.
