本文就足三里穴的主治特点、常用配伍以及作用机理进行了探讨。足三里归属于足阳明胃经，胃的下合穴，临床不仅用于胃脘痛、呃逆、腹痛等脾胃疾病的治疗，而且对于癫狂、中风不省人事、心悸、气短、胸闷、下肢痿痹等，均可配伍施治。足三里又为人体强壮保健要穴，对于虚劳羸瘦诸症具有扶正固本的作用。
