E- cad%CD44v6%MMP2%Bladder urothelial carcinoma
目的：研究钙黏附分子E- cadherin（E- cad）、CD44变异体6（CD44v6）和基质金属蛋白酶（MMP2）在膀胱尿路上皮癌（bladder urothelial carcinoma）中的表达及对预后的意义。方法应用免疫组化Envision法，检测105例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者和20例正常体检者膀胱黏膜E- cad、CD44v6及MMP2的表达情况。结果20例正常膀胱黏膜中E- cad、CD44v6均正常表达，MMP2均阴性表达，105例膀胱尿路上皮癌中E- cad及CD44v6的异常表达率分别为43.8％（46/105）和58.1％（61/105），MMP2阳性表达为53.3％（56/105）。E- cad、CD44v6的异常表达率和MMP2的阳性表达率与患者肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期及生存率相关。结论E- cad、CD44v6的异常表达和MMP2的阳性表达在膀胱尿路上皮癌的演变过程中起着重要作用，可作为监测肿瘤恶性程度和预后有效的分子生物学指标之一。
目的：研究鈣黏附分子E- cadherin（E- cad）、CD44變異體6（CD44v6）和基質金屬蛋白酶（MMP2）在膀胱尿路上皮癌（bladder urothelial carcinoma）中的錶達及對預後的意義。方法應用免疫組化Envision法，檢測105例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者和20例正常體檢者膀胱黏膜E- cad、CD44v6及MMP2的錶達情況。結果20例正常膀胱黏膜中E- cad、CD44v6均正常錶達，MMP2均陰性錶達，105例膀胱尿路上皮癌中E- cad及CD44v6的異常錶達率分彆為43.8％（46/105）和58.1％（61/105），MMP2暘性錶達為53.3％（56/105）。E- cad、CD44v6的異常錶達率和MMP2的暘性錶達率與患者腫瘤的病理分級、臨床分期及生存率相關。結論E- cad、CD44v6的異常錶達和MMP2的暘性錶達在膀胱尿路上皮癌的縯變過程中起著重要作用，可作為鑑測腫瘤噁性程度和預後有效的分子生物學指標之一。
목적：연구개점부분자E- cadherin（E- cad）、CD44변이체6（CD44v6）화기질금속단백매（MMP2）재방광뇨로상피암（bladder urothelial carcinoma）중적표체급대예후적의의。방법응용면역조화Envision법，검측105례방광뇨로상피암환자화20례정상체검자방광점막E- cad、CD44v6급MMP2적표체정황。결과20례정상방광점막중E- cad、CD44v6균정상표체，MMP2균음성표체，105례방광뇨로상피암중E- cad급CD44v6적이상표체솔분별위43.8％（46/105）화58.1％（61/105），MMP2양성표체위53.3％（56/105）。E- cad、CD44v6적이상표체솔화MMP2적양성표체솔여환자종류적병리분급、림상분기급생존솔상관。결론E- cad、CD44v6적이상표체화MMP2적양성표체재방광뇨로상피암적연변과정중기착중요작용，가작위감측종류악성정도화예후유효적분자생물학지표지일。
Objective To investigate the expression of E- cadherin (E- cad), CD44v6 and matrix metal oproteinase- 2 (MMP2) in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of E- cad, CD44v6 and MMP2 was detected by mmunohistochemistry Envision method in 105 specimens of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 20 specimens of normal bladder tissue. Results E- cad and CD44v6 were positive and MMP2 was negative in al 20 specimens of normal blad-der tissue. E- cad and CD44v6 were positively stained in 43.8%(46/105) and 58.1%(61/105)of bladder urothelial carcinoma specimens, respectively. The positive expression rate of MMP2 was 53.3%(56/105). There was a positive correlation between the expression of E- cad and CD44v6. The abnormal expression rates of E- cad, CD44v6 and positive expression rate of MMP2 were significantly correlated with the pathologic grades, clinical stages, high recurrence rate and poor survival. Conclusion The ex-pressions of E- cad, CD44v6 and MMP2 may be associated with malignant progression of bladder urothelial carcinoma and these proteins might be used as molecular markers for tumor progression, recurrence and prognosis.
