The finite element simulation model of three-phase 12/8 structure switched reluctance motor is established based on APDL language of ANSYS software . The process of the model consist of geometric modeling , element meshing , loading , boundary conditions applying , calculation executing and post-processing . The static electromagnetic characteristics with the rotor position are analyzed , the data of phase inductance , the phase flux and torque are obtained . The analysis based on APDL language of ANSYS software provide a theoretical basis for the design of switched reluctance motor .
