目的:对脑星形细胞瘤中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMPs-2)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMPs-9)的表达水平与瘤周水肿的相关性进行探讨,为该肿瘤的临床合理诊断与治疗提供一定的科学依据。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法,在68例脑星形细胞瘤组织标本中用抗MMPs-2抗体及抗MMPs-9抗体进行标记和分析,同时采用磁共振成像技术对肿瘤瘤周水肿情况进行观察与分析,再利用数据分析软件对基质金属蛋白酶的表达量与瘤周水肿指数进行相关性分析。结果脑星形细胞瘤基质金属蛋白酶2、9的表达都随着肿瘤恶性程度的增大而增加;另外,脑星形细胞瘤基质金属蛋白酶2、9的表达水平与瘤周水肿呈现正相关的关系(p<0.05),随着MMPs-2及MMPs-9表达量的增高,瘤周水肿范围越大,且脑星形细胞瘤恶性程度越大。结论脑星形细胞瘤基质金属蛋白酶2、9的表达与瘤周水肿联系紧密,呈现正相关,这说明肿瘤分泌的MMPs-2及MMPs-9与肿瘤生长与侵袭的速度相关,这对于脑星形细胞瘤侵袭能力、恶性程度的准确预判以及治疗具有比较重要的参考意义。

목적:대뇌성형세포류중기질금속단백매2(MMPs-2)급기질금속단백매9(MMPs-9)적표체수평여류주수종적상관성진행탐토,위해종류적림상합리진단여치료제공일정적과학의거。방법채용면역조직화학염색법,재68례뇌성형세포류조직표본중용항MMPs-2항체급항MMPs-9항체진행표기화분석,동시채용자공진성상기술대종류류주수종정황진행관찰여분석,재이용수거분석연건대기질금속단백매적표체량여류주수종지수진행상관성분석。결과뇌성형세포류기질금속단백매2、9적표체도수착종류악성정도적증대이증가;령외,뇌성형세포류기질금속단백매2、9적표체수평여류주수종정현정상관적관계(p<0.05),수착MMPs-2급MMPs-9표체량적증고,류주수종범위월대,차뇌성형세포류악성정도월대。결론뇌성형세포류기질금속단백매2、9적표체여류주수종련계긴밀,정현정상관,저설명종류분비적MMPs-2급MMPs-9여종류생장여침습적속도상관,저대우뇌성형세포류침습능력、악성정도적준학예판이급치료구유비교중요적삼고의의。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMPs-2) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMPs-9) of cerebral astrocytoma and peritumoral edema, providing a scientific basis for the proper tumor diagnosis and clinical treatment. Methods In 68 cases of astrocytoma tissues, anti-MMPs-2 antibody and anti-MMPs-9 antibody were marked and analysis via Immunohistochemical staining, while tumor peritumoral edema were observed with analysis via magnetic resonance imaging, to make correlation analysis between the expression of matrix metalloproteinases and peritumoral edema index by data analysis software. Results With the increasing malignancy degree of tumor, the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 2,9 in astrocytoma was increasing. In addition, the expression level of astrocytoma matrix metalloproteinase 2,9 and peritumoral edema was positive correlation (p<0.05). With the increasing of expression levels of MMPs-2 and MMPs-9,the greater the scope of peritumoral edema and the greater malignant astrocytoma were. Conclusion Astrocytoma expression of matrix metalloproteinases 2,9 was close relationship with peritumoral edema, a positive correlation. the expression level of MMPs-2 and MMPs-9 was related with the rate of tumor growth and invasion , which had important reference significancethe for the prediton of cerebral astrocytoma invasion , the malignancy degree and the treatment.
