采用室内毒力测定和田间药效试验方法,测定9种药剂对亚麻蚜的敏感性。结果表明:亚麻蚜对不同类型杀虫剂敏感性有较大差异,其中10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂对亚麻蚜的杀虫活性最高,LC50值为11.97 mg/L,其次为4.5%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂,LC50值为13.84 mg/L,40%辛硫磷乳油的敏感性最低,LC50值为144.91 mg/L。通过田间试验可知:10%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂75 mL/hm2、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯水乳剂1500倍液和40%毒死蜱乳油600 g/hm2的速效性和持效性较强,对亚麻蚜的防效都非常好,3 d的防效均达90%以上,持效期达到14 d以上。在测试的9种药剂中,亚麻蚜对生产中常用的药剂已经产生了耐药性。

The toxicities and field control efficacy of nine insecticides to Y amaphis yamana Chang were determined.The results showed that Yamaphis yamana Chang had developed varied resistant levels to different pesticides.Among the tested pesticides,10%efficient cyhalothrin emulsion in water had the highest toxicity with a LC50 of 11.97 mg/L,then was 4.5%efficient cypermethrin,with a LC50 of 13.84 mg/L,40%phoxim emulsitiable concentrate had the lowest toxicity with a LC50 of 144.91 mg/L.The field experiments showed that among the nine pesticides tested,10% efficient cyhalothrin emulsion in water 75 mL/hm2,4.5%efficient cypermethrin 1 500 times liquid and 40%chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate 600 g/hm2,all had high control efficacies to Y amaphis yamana Chang with at least 90%control efficacy in 3 days.Y amaphis yamana Chang had very high resistant level to the nine pesticides tested in this study in field.
