甘露醇外渗会引起局部皮肤组织损伤，甚至坏死、残疾。在儿科发生甘露醇外渗较成人更多，更严重。为降低小儿甘露醇外渗引起的严重后果，积极探讨小儿甘露醇渗漏的预防现状、影响因素和及时有效的处理措施，阐述小儿甘露醇渗漏的护理研究进展，为今后小儿甘露醇外渗的预防及处理提供依据。
甘露醇外滲會引起跼部皮膚組織損傷，甚至壞死、殘疾。在兒科髮生甘露醇外滲較成人更多，更嚴重。為降低小兒甘露醇外滲引起的嚴重後果，積極探討小兒甘露醇滲漏的預防現狀、影響因素和及時有效的處理措施，闡述小兒甘露醇滲漏的護理研究進展，為今後小兒甘露醇外滲的預防及處理提供依據。

The leakage of mannitol can cause dermal injury of part of skin and tissue, even necrosis and disfunction in severe cases. It happens much more commonly and severely in children than in adults. In oder to ruduce the serious results of the leakage of mannitol, this paper discussed the current status of the leakage of mannitol in children, the factors that caused leakage and effective handlings, reviewed the research progress on nursing skills in the leakage of mannitol, provided the evidences in the prevention and treatment of the leakage of mannitol in children.
