目的：观察参松养心胶囊治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法选择心功能 NYHA I～II 级的室性早搏患者60例，随机分为2组。治疗组30例，服用参松养心胶囊；对照组30例服用胺碘酮。连续治疗8周，观察2组患者室性早搏的总有效率、症状改善率及安全性。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%，对照组总有效率为70%，治疗组症状改善率为90%，对照组症状改善率50%。2组比较差异有显著意义(P＜0.05或 P＜0.01)，治疗组室性早搏疗效优于对照组。结论参松养心胶囊治疗室早搏疗效可靠、安全，且副作用少。
목적：관찰삼송양심효낭치료실성조박적료효。방법선택심공능 NYHA I～II 급적실성조박환자60례，수궤분위2조。치료조30례，복용삼송양심효낭；대조조30례복용알전동。련속치료8주，관찰2조환자실성조박적총유효솔、증상개선솔급안전성。결과치료조총유효솔위86.7%，대조조총유효솔위70%，치료조증상개선솔위90%，대조조증상개선솔50%。2조비교차이유현저의의(P＜0.05혹 P＜0.01)，치료조실성조박료효우우대조조。결론삼송양심효낭치료실조박료효가고、안전，차부작용소。
Objective:To investigate the efficicay of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule in treating ventricular premature beats(VPB).Method 60 patients with frequent ventricular premature beats were randomly assigned into two groups.30patients in treatment group treated with Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule (4 capsules,three times per day) and 30patients in control group treated with Mexilitine (150mg,three times per day),the therapeutic course for both groups was 8 weeks.The efficacy on VPB,improvement of main clinical symptoms and safety were observed in two groups.Results The general efficacy on VPB in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group ( 86.7% vs 70%,P<0.05); The effective rate of improving the main clinical symptoms in treatment and control group was 90% and 50%,respectively.The difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule has obvious efficacy for treatment of VPB and no serious side effects.
