以香豆素为母体设计合成了一个新型荧光淬灭香豆素类衍生物探针，并研究了其识别能力和结合方式等.研究发现，该探针对 Cu2＋具有很高选择性、灵敏性，以及较高的荧光淬灭率(达95．2％).并且当Cu2＋浓度在3×10-6~1．5×10-5 mol/L范围内，该探针的荧光强度和离子浓度具有较好的线性关系.

A novel coumarin-based fluorescence quenching probe has been designed and synthesized.After stud-ying its recognition capability and bonding mode,we discovered that the probe could high selectively and sensi-tively detect Cu2+ in solution as well as having a high fluorescence quenches rate which was up to 9 5 .2%.Addi-tionally,there was a good linearity between the fluorescence intensity of the probe and the concentration of cop-per ion,when the concentration of Cu2+ was in the range of 3-1 5μmol/L.
