目的：探讨标准大骨瓣减压加小脑幕切开复位手术在小脑幕切迹疝患者的临床疗效及实际应用前景。方法术前已发生小脑幕切迹疝的颅脑损伤及自发性脑出血的患者，入院后均按照该手术方式进行了手术。结果术后6个月GOS评分临床疗效满意。结论标准大骨瓣减压加小脑幕切开复位手术治疗小脑幕切迹疝疗效确切，明显降低患者死亡率和致残率，值得推广。
目的：探討標準大骨瓣減壓加小腦幕切開複位手術在小腦幕切跡疝患者的臨床療效及實際應用前景。方法術前已髮生小腦幕切跡疝的顱腦損傷及自髮性腦齣血的患者，入院後均按照該手術方式進行瞭手術。結果術後6箇月GOS評分臨床療效滿意。結論標準大骨瓣減壓加小腦幕切開複位手術治療小腦幕切跡疝療效確切，明顯降低患者死亡率和緻殘率，值得推廣。
목적：탐토표준대골판감압가소뇌막절개복위수술재소뇌막절적산환자적림상료효급실제응용전경。방법술전이발생소뇌막절적산적로뇌손상급자발성뇌출혈적환자，입원후균안조해수술방식진행료수술。결과술후6개월GOS평분림상료효만의。결론표준대골판감압가소뇌막절개복위수술치료소뇌막절적산료효학절，명현강저환자사망솔화치잔솔，치득추엄。
Objective To explore standard big bone flap decompression plus tentorium incision reduction surgery in the clinical curative ef ect of patients with notch hernia tentorium cerebel i and actual application. Methods:Preoperative has tentorium cerebel i incisure hernia patients with craniocerebral injury and spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage,underwent surgery after admission,are in accordance with the operation method. Results:Postoperative half year GOS scores of clinical curative ef ect is satisfied. Conclusion:Standard big bone flap decompression plus tentorium incision reduction surgery tentorium incisure herniation curative ef ect,reduce the mortality and morbidity in patients with obviously,is worth promoting.
