目的：探讨L5S1节段退行性前滑脱并骶管S1-3囊肿的手术方式。方法对L5S1节段前滑脱并骶管囊肿11例患者采用后路减压，提拉复位，椎弓根钉棒系统内固定。Cage椎间植骨融合，同时行骶管开窗囊肿摘除，注意避免损伤神经根。结果本组随访1~3年，脊柱融合率良好，骶管囊肿未见复发。
목적：탐토L5S1절단퇴행성전활탈병저관S1-3낭종적수술방식。방법대L5S1절단전활탈병저관낭종11례환자채용후로감압，제랍복위，추궁근정봉계통내고정。Cage추간식골융합，동시행저관개창낭종적제，주의피면손상신경근。결과본조수방1~3년，척주융합솔량호，저관낭종미견복발。
Objective To investigate the L5S1 segment degenerative spondylolisthesis and sacral S1-3 cyst surgery. Methods:L5S1 segment before slipping and sacral cysts in 11 patients with posterior decompression, pul ing reset pedicle screw fixation systems. Cage interbody fusion, windows simultaneously sacral cyst removed, taking care to avoid damage to the nerve root. Results:The patients were fol owed up 1-3 years, spinal fusion rate wel sacral cyst no recurrence.
