目的:探讨生化检测中肌酸激酶MB型同工酶结果高于肌酸激酶结果的原因。方法对82例肌酸激酶(CK)结果正常,但肌酸激酶MB型同工酶(CKMB)结果高于肌酸激酶(CK)结果的标本,分别在化学发光上进行CKMB检测。同时选取20例健康体检者作为对照标本。结果82例标本在生化分析仪上测得的 CKMB结果明显高于对照组结果,差异显著(P<0.01),有统计学意义;而在化学发光上测得的CKMB结果与健康对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论生化检测中出现的CKMB结果高于CK结果的情况应该是试剂方法学所致,CKMB试剂在设计时没有考虑到一些病理情况下机体情况的变化。

Objective To explore result of CKMB higher than CK in biochemical tests. Methods In82 cases of CK were normal, but the CKMB results were higher than CK by using biochemical analyzer, and CKMB were detected in the chemiluminescence respectively. While 20 healthy subjects served as control specimens. Results 82 cases of specimens in biochemical analyzer measured the result of CKMB were higher than those in the control group, significant dif erence (P<0.01), there is statistical significance;and the chemiluminescence on the measured CKMB results compared with health control group had no significant dif erence (P>0.05) , no statistical significance. Conclusion Biochemical detection in CKMB were higher than CK results is caused by CKMB reagent method. Reagent in the design not consider the body changes in pathological situations.
