负压封闭引流技术 VSD（vacuum sealing drainage）指的是以聚乙烯酒精水化海绵（国内俗称人工皮）填塞机体皮肤或软组织缺损、感染、坏死后形成的创面，充当创面与引流管之间的中介，将传统的点状引流变为面状引流；以生物半透膜为全密封材料，覆盖、封闭整个创面，同时将引流管与负压源连接，使整个与 VSD敷料相接触的创面处于一个全表面封闭负压引流状态，以促进创面、腔隙内的渗液、坏死组织及时排出体外；隔绝创面与外环境之间的感染机会[1]；对与 VSD敷料接触面加快肉芽组织均匀整齐地生长；敛合创面及腔隙。通过简单有效的护理保持有效的引流，促进创面肉芽生长，缩短病程，减轻患者机体痛苦及经济压力。

VSD (vacuum sealing drainage) is the technic that use polyethylene alcohol hydrated foam (artificial leather named in domestic) to fil the skin or wound of nephrite after absence, infected or putrescence. The polyethylene alcohol hydrated foam wil serve as media of wound and induct tube, changing the point inducting to surface inducting. Biological semipermeable membrane wil be used as total y sealed material covering the wound and connecting inducting tube with the vacuum so that cataclysm and putrescent cells of wound and lacuna wil be exported and lower the infection probability between wound and the outer as wel . Dressing of VSD wil speed up the growing speed of granulation tissue and heal the wound and lacuna.Carry out simple and ef icient nurse to realize the induction, help the growing of granulation tissue, shorten the treatment, lighten the pain of body as wel as the economic pressure.
