目的：探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的应用。方法将56例拟行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者按病种随机均分为对照组和实验组。对照组实施传统护理模式，实验组实行CNP，比较两组住院天数、医疗费用、相关疾病知识掌握程度及患者满意度等指标。结果实验组中有26例完成了整个 CNP流程，实验组的住院天数、医疗费用均低于对照组，健康知识掌握程度和满意度均高于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 CNP应用于子宫肌瘤切除术的护理中，不仅可以减轻患者病痛和负担，还可以有效地利用卫生资源，提高医院的业务水平和综合竞争力，适合临床推广。
목적：탐토림상호리로경（CNP）재자궁기류절제술환자중적응용。방법장56례의행자궁기류절제술적환자안병충수궤균분위대조조화실험조。대조조실시전통호리모식，실험조실행CNP，비교량조주원천수、의료비용、상관질병지식장악정도급환자만의도등지표。결과실험조중유26례완성료정개 CNP류정，실험조적주원천수、의료비용균저우대조조，건강지식장악정도화만의도균고우대조조，차차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론 CNP응용우자궁기류절제술적호리중，불부가이감경환자병통화부담，환가이유효지이용위생자원，제고의원적업무수평화종합경쟁력，괄합림상추엄。
Objective To probe into the application of the clinical nursing path (CNP) to the womb myoma-cut ing patients. Methods A total of 56 patients on whom womb myoma-cut ing operations would be done in our hospital were randomly and equal y divided onto test and control groups. The test group patients were given routine nursing while the clinical nursing path was used in the patient of the control group. We compared the in-hospital days, medical costs, disease understanding and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups. Results 26 patients in the control group completed the clinical nursing path process. Both the in-hospital days and the medical costs of the patients in the control group are lower than those of the patients in the test group. On the other hand, the disease understanding and the satisfaction of the patients in the control group are higher than those of the patients in the test group. The dif erence is statistical y important(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the clinical nursing path can not only cut the pains and the costs of the patients, but also help ef ectively employ medical resources and improve the competency and competitiveness of hospitals. It is worth being spread and utilized widely.
