目的：观察分析舒适护理在子宫全切围手术期护理中的应用及效果。方法从我院收治入院行子宫切除术的患者中抽取60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上实施舒适护理，对比观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者依从性、舒适度与满意度明显高于对照组，焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）程度及术后并发症明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对子宫全切围手术期患者实施舒适护理，能够有效减少其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，减少术后并发症，有效提高患者的依从性、舒适度和满意度。
목적：관찰분석서괄호리재자궁전절위수술기호리중적응용급효과。방법종아원수치입원행자궁절제술적환자중추취60례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，대조조환자실시상규호리，관찰조환자재차기출상실시서괄호리，대비관찰량조환자적림상효과。결과관찰조환자의종성、서괄도여만의도명현고우대조조，초필（SAS）、억욱（SDS）정도급술후병발증명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대자궁전절위수술기환자실시서괄호리，능구유효감소기초필、억욱등불량정서，감소술후병발증，유효제고환자적의종성、서괄도화만의도。
Objective To observe and analyse the the application of comfort nursing to the womb-cut ing patients in the per-operation and its ef ects. Methods A total of 60 patients on whom womb-cut ing operations were performed in our hospital were randomly and equal y divided onto test and control groups. The test group patients were given routine nursing while the control group was given comfort nursing on top of routine nursing. We observed and compared the clinical ef ects on the two groups. Results The compliance, the comfort and the satisfaction of the patients in the control group were remarkably higher than those in the test group. The anxiety(SAS), the depression(SDS) and the postoperative complications of the patients in the control group were considerably lower than those of the patients in the test group. The dif erence is statistical y important(P<0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing for the womb-cut ing patients in their peri-operation can lessen their anxiety and depression, reduce their postoperative complications and ef ectively improve their compliance, comfort and satisfaction.
